It’s been a while since I’ve posted a picture of my little buddy, Three. It’s hard to get a picture of him when he’s fully awake so he’s asleep in almost all the pictures I have of him. I like the way this one turned out. Sort of like I interrupted his nap and he’s asking, “What do you think you’re doing?”

I wish I could convince Maggie (our newest cat) to actually sleep during the night rather than howl in the hallway. For all their bad habits, the other cats seldom make noise at night. Not Maggie.

We have a cat who does that but she’s gotten better. We discovered that it helps to give her sufficient attention right before bedtime – i.e. let her sit in one of our laps for two hours while we watch TV. If we spend most of the evening out or doing something that doesn’t allow for cat cuddling at the same time she will yowl in the hallway all night.
