The 4th amendment underwear reminded me… what if I should just cover about as much of myself as a speedo (or two piece, should you be female) in something metallic? (Perhaps the golden underwear of Rocky Horror fame) Yes, annoying TSA could be bad, but why should they be so powerful that they can’t be annoyed? Of course the problem is, not enough people would do it. if EVERYBODY went flying in underwear that blocked their privates from the backscatter X-ray there wouldn’t be much that could be done about it.
