   I’d be willing to accept the claim, on the simple basis that there are weirder things in Heaven and Earth than ever before dreamed in my philosophy. (Or so I’ve learned from the internet.)

   I will say female impersonators always make me feel hugely inadequate, because on the best-made-up, best-dressed, best-coiffed day of my life I don’t begin to approach that level of glamor.
