I saw this t-shirt (in the dead-tree catalog) and immediately thought, “I need that!” But then I realized that it would just confuse most people.

I want a rubber stamp of that saying, for student papers.
Also one explaining the difference between “its” and “it’s.”

Go for it. I’m sure you can have a rubber stamp made with anything on it you want.

This is something that I think I only have half right. If you want to make a contraction with is, use apostrophe s. If you want to make a plural, just add s, no apostrophe. If you want to make a possessive, add apostrophe s. Except. If it’s it. Then it’s s apostrophe. I could look it up, but it’s really annoying, so I refuse. Part of my cave man heritage, and proud of it.

No sympathy here. It’s not that hard.
