When you type “cats” into the search box on Youtube one of the suggestions that appears is “cats can be jerks”. Well… that wasn’t what I was looking for but I decided to have a look and see what comes up.
These cats are not jerks. Cats are not capable of being jerks in the same way as humans. They are just curious and playful and very often have no idea what the consequences of their actions will be. But, aside from the stupid title, this is a really cute and funny video.

Cute vid. Yeah, most cats aren’t capable of being jerks. They are just cats.
However, I have had a couple of cats who were most definitely jerks.

Cats can be brats but I will not believe they can ever be jerks.

My favorite one is the cat that shuts the other cat in the box….and then sits on the box lid.
I think shredding t.p. and boinging those spring doorstop things are pretty universal cat behaviors, at least every cat I’ve known has done those.
