    I used to live only about 25 miles from Hell.

    There is also a Climax, Michigan, a Colon, Michigan, and a Mesick, Michigan (which I understand is actually pronounced “mezz-ik,” like neither dry nor wet)

    There’s also a Rudyard and a Kipling in the Upper Peninsula, a legacy of when the author traveled there. And, IIRC, an Earl and a Theodore. (One summer I helped my dad do a study of groundwater up there and we drove around to all the fun little towns).

    I’m actually kind of surprised that Intercourse, PA, wasn’t on that top 10 list…

    near Intercourse, PA there is Blue Ball, and Bird In Hand.

    There is also a Whirlpool RDC nearby.

    oh yeah – dont forget Virginville, PA, near intercourse, blue ball, bird in hand, and paradise. I wonder if those amish people like thier dirty little town names.
