Reading

November 28th, 2007

I finished reading Gridlinked by Neal Asher almost two weeks ago and never got around to mentioning it. It was a fun read – adventure, action, a little humor and hardly any technobabble.

Now I’m reading Night Watch by Terry Pratchett, recommended to me by Number One Son. It’s not really my sort of thing but it is fairly amusing. I’m a little more than halfway through it.

My son the Pratchett fan also left The Fifth Elephant for me to read. I suppose I should read that one next since it’s borrowed but I’ve been impatient to get around to Revelation Space by Alastair Reynolds, which I bought at the same time I bought Gridlinked.

I finished “Gridlinked”, very good book. Loved the references to “The Owl and the Pussycat” by Edward Lear.
