Considering the Goth couple…I’ve seen people in public in FAR more annoying (well, to me at least) costumes than those. (Like 16 year old girls in falling-off-the-shoulders tank tops and sweat pants with “JUICY” on the bum)
I don’t know, I guess I’m a bit puzzled as to why the bus driver threw them off. Yeah, sure, the woman had a dog-collar and chain on, but I’m guessing it was 100% voluntary on her part.

They’re actually sort of cute (They’d probably hate that worse than getting kicked off the bus.) but for some reason that line made me laugh and I hadn’t come across many good quotes this week.
